Limitations of Liability

GO Airport Express is not responsible for delays caused by weather, road, or traffic conditions; mechanical failure; or any other conditions beyond our control. Any expenses arising as a result of delayed departure or arrival times, including missed flights or travel connections, are the sole responsibility of the passenger.

Payments

All GO Airport Express services require prepayment with a credit card. Your credit card will be charge for the full amount at the time you make your reservation.

Cancellation Policy

Prepaid reservations cancelled more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time will be refunded. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to pick-up are not refundable.

Refund Policy

Prepaid reservations cancelled more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time will be refunded less a $5 administrative fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to pick-up time.

Passenger Safety

The safety of our passengers is our highest priority. In order to maintain a safe and comfortable driving environment, our drivers have the right to deny or de-board any person who, in the driver’s judgment, is unruly, disruptive or poses a threat to the safety of the vehicle or anyone on board.

Lost and Found

If you just departed your GO Airport Express van, limo, sedan, or bus and you believe that you left something onboard, call the GO Airport Express customer service department by dialing 773.247.1200 between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. We will attempt to intercept your vehicle and try to find your missing articles.

If you believe that you left something in one of our vehicles, and a day or more has passed by, contact our Customer Service department by dialing 773-247-1200, or send us an email at customer service.

The most common items left in our vehicles include jackets and sweaters, cell phones, and small carry-on bags. Please check to see that you have all of your belongings before you leave.

Traveling with Children

GO Airport Express vehicles do not offer infant seats or car seats. However, all of our vehicles are equipped with the proper seat belts, so you are welcome to bring your own child seat.
